Who we are
Medical Technology Talent (“MTT”, “we”, “us”) is a medical device and MedTech recruitment consultancy based in Boston Spa, West Yorkshire, England. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
- Candidate data: CVs, qualifications, employment history, contact details, and information provided via our forms or sent to us directly.
- Client data: business contact details, role requirements, and correspondence.
- Website data: form submissions, and analytics data as described in our Cookie Policy.
Why we process it
We process personal data to match candidates with roles, communicate about opportunities, meet contractual and legal obligations, and improve our services. Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests (recruitment activity), consent (for marketing communications), and legal obligation.
Sharing
Candidate information is only shared with client organisations to whom you have expressed interest in applying, or where necessary for a placement process. We use reputable processors for hosting, email, and forms, all bound by data processing agreements.
Retention
We keep candidate records only as long as needed for active opportunities, typically no more than 24 months after last contact, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless you ask us to keep them.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us at the email above — we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Security
Data is stored on secure systems with access controls. We never sell personal data.
